The Marketing Manager will be responsible for conceiving, designing, and delivering the overall marketing and PR strategy for the OliOli brand. Working alongside the programming, local teams and sales team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving visitation to OliOli\xc2\xae, launching new events and galleries and coordinating activities between local teams and the regional marketing department. The Marketing Executive will play an important role in growing OliOli\xc2\xae brand awareness and achieving sales targets while collaborating with an awesome and talented cross-functional team.

Key duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns creation and implementation, both online and offline. This includes defining and creating concepts, artworks and audiovisual assets with designers and agencies in accordance with brand strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with programming, operations and sales colleagues to develop a detailed annual marketing action plan to (a) increase awareness, (b) increase visitation, (c) brand building, (d) strengthen community engagement.
  • Coordinate and follow up 100% of the execution of launching new events and galleries between key stakeholders: programming team, guest engagement team, office management, front desk, digital and creative agencies.
  • Identify opportunities to grow visitation and further develop OliOli\xc2\xae brand awareness and WOM.
  • Work creatively with limited resources to achieve optimal ROI on marketing/PR initiatives
  • Design a modular approach to capturing / acquiring existing and potential customer information on an ongoing basis with a view to having a functional CRM that can be used as appropriate
  • Create a strong community engagement program and establish OliOli\xc2\xae as the preferred community hub where parents come together to discuss and learn more about the issues of relevance.
  • Develop, maintain, & strengthen relationships with important stakeholders (eg. DTCM)
  • Provide insights to the programming team for the creation of the content plan during the ideation phase from a consumer needs/trends and marketing standpoint.
  • Be the brand guardian by ensuring OliOli\xc2\xae brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Be a positive ambassador for the OliOli\xc2\xae brand.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first centric culture.
  • Perform other duties and be involved in projects and activities that contribute to the achievement of our objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related discipline. Certification in digital and/or social media marketing will be a strong plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Prior experience (3-5 years) in marketing is a MUST.
  • Solid understanding of how different marketing channels can be utilized to achieve brand objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Have a strategic and analytical mindset and approach to driving revenue growth without compromising on the guest experience
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills in a highly diverse and multicultural environment.
