Location:- Industrial Area

Working Days:- 6

Working Hours:- 10

Salary:- Up to 18,000 QAR

Experience:- 15+ Years (10 years as safety Manager is mandatory)

Education Graduate

Safety Manager Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or equivalent preferred.?
NEBOSH Diploma level 06
10 Years experience in safe field and same position
Professional certification - NEBOSH IGC/NGC
Professional OHS qualification certified (IOSH - Managing safely and working Safely)
Professional OHS qualification certified by OSHA.
Lead Auditor 45001:2018 certified.
Sound/ethical judgment, strong leadership skills, and ability to work independently.??
Proficient in MS Office Suite.?
CPR/First Aid Certified.
Experience working on Ashgal projects and prefer Ashgal DNPD Approval as HSE Manager.??

Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.

Maintain records of safety-related incidents and regulatory compliance.

Develop and conduct safety training programs for employees at all levels.

Organize regular safety meetings and drills.

Educate employees on the proper use of safety equipment and procedures.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct regular safety inspections of the Equipment.

Perform safety audits and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.

Respond to and investigate safety incidents and accidents.

Prepare detailed reports on incidents, identifying causes and preventive measures.

Conduct regular emergency drills and training sessions.

Encourage employee involvement in safety programs and initiatives.

Conduct Welfare and workers accommodation Audit.

Attend HSE meetings of client and consultant.

Submission of HSE related documents on timely manner to client and consultant and company.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
