Job Details
Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region
Candidates with Masters in Structural Engineering are preferred
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing team of Specialists, Senior Engineers and Engineers
Offshore experience is must, whilst ADNOC experience is desired
Expert in using structural software such as SACS, STAAD Pro, Intermediate knowledge on FEM software like ANSYS & FEMAP, review software like TEKLA & NAVIS and conversant in mathematical tools like Mathcad and MS Excel
Familiar with International codes and standards like API, AISC, ISO, EN1993 (EURO), BS, ABS and DNVGL. Also conversant of ADNOC design standards
