Channel Ship Services Limited (CSS Limited) is currently seeking a skilled Offshore ROV Supervisor - LYNX to join our team. As an Offshore ROV Supervisor - LYNX, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing ROV operations during offshore projects. You will work closely with the ROV team and project managers to ensure the safe and efficient execution of ROV operations.

- Supervising and managing the day-to-day ROV operations during offshore projects.
- Ensuring compliance with project plans, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Overseeing the deployment and recovery of ROVs from vessels or platforms.
- Operating and piloting ROV systems as needed.
- Monitoring and controlling ROV operations to ensure mission objectives are met.
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing data acquired by ROV systems.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on ROV systems as required.
- Managing and mentoring the ROV team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Preparing reports and documentation related to ROV operations.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in ROV technology and techniques.
- Previous experience as an Offshore ROV Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in operating and piloting ROV systems, specifically LYNX ROVs.
- Relevant diploma or certification in engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of ROV systems, sensors, and equipment.
- Knowledge of subsea operations, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
- Experience in collecting and processing data acquired by ROV systems.
- Ability to perform maintenance and repairs on ROV systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule and travel to offshore locations as required.
- Valid offshore medical and survival certifications.
