Make your mark as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor at Horizon Geosciences!
As an offshore drilling supervisor, you are responsible for the efficient and timely completion of all geotechnical drilling activities; they are responsible for the health and safety of all personnel working within their control and the protection of the environment.

Your responsibilities as an offshore drilling supervisor

• Liaise closely with project and operations management personnel on all drilling activities. Plan drilling operations to be completed.
• Lead drilling operations by directing personnel to complete drilling operations properly, safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company, client, and health and safety executive guidelines.
• Optimize operational performance, particularly the timely completion of drilling operations on projects
• Submit reports detailing any maintenance carried out and any further maintenance required. Complete and submit defect reports.
• Ensure that requisitions are authorized at the appropriate level, complete and sufficient in detail to allow them to be processed without additional onshore input.
• Attend onshore or offshore meetings and any additional training that may be necessary

Your qualities and experience
You can make your mark as an offshore drilling supervisor if you have:

• High school graduate.
• Minimum of 10 years in the geotechnical drilling industry
• Fluent written & spoken english language.
• Computer literate
• Effective communicator and active listener

• Your team: You will be part of the geotech drilling department.
• Where you will work: You will be working offshore for our projects, which are mainly located across the Middle East, Far East, and Europe.
• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of offshore drilling supervisor is a full-time job.
