Promote and sell off-plan properties from top UAE developers (e.g. Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha)
Provide clients with investment advice, market insights, and project comparisons
Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and in-person viewings
Qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain client relationships
Attend developer training sessions, project launches, and site visits
Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently
Maintain updated records using CRM systems (PropSpace, Salesforce, etc.)
Stay informed on payment plans, construction progress, and handover dates
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in off-plan real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of Dubai's property developers and investment zones
Comfortable with cold calling, digital lead handling, and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a plus)
UAE driving license is an advantage
