Offplan Sales Specialist

Job Description

As an Off-Plan Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pre-launch and under-construction properties from leading developers in the UAE. You will work closely with clients to understand their investment goals and guide them through the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers such as Emaar, Sobha, Damac, etc. Build strong client relationships through personalized consultation and follow-ups. Conduct property presentations and virtual/in-person meetings. Educate clients on project details, payment plans, and investment benefits. Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and digital channels. Stay up-to-date with current project launches, market trends, and developer updates. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales (UAE market preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and leading developers. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients. Proficiency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a plus). Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
