Key Responsibilities

Proactively managing a portfolio of properties Conducting market appraisals and property valuations Arranging and conducting viewings Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities Working as an effective team member, assisting others as necessary Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professionally manner Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly Maintaining an up-to-date database Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients

Requirements

Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred. Proven experience in sales in Dubai Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Farsi, or Chinese is a plus). Highly motivated, target-driven, and a team player. Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Organized and efficient Available immediately
