Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the
buying, selling, and renting
of residential or commercial properties Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends and property values Generate and qualify leads throughnetworking, cold calling, referrals
, and online platforms Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and the closing process Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and legal documents Build long-term relationships with clients throughconsistent follow-ups and support
Collaborate with legal teams, mortgage brokers, and other professionals Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems Represent the company in aprofessional and client-focused manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
