Role Responsibilities
Conduct
150+ outbound calls
daily with a target of
60+ successful connections
.
Engage and consult with domestic and international prospects on Sobha Realty's premium off-plan portfolio.
Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule presentations and site visits.
Ensure detailed and accurate CRM entries, follow-ups, and lead tracking.
Work closely with the sales team to support smooth lead transfer and conversion.
Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and conversion targets.
Profile Requirements
Previous experience in
real estate telesales
is mandatory (off-plan experience preferred).
Outstanding verbal communication and customer engagement skills in English; multilingual candidates are highly valued.
Strong resilience and ability to manage high-volume outreach in a performance-driven environment.
Ambitious, target-focused, and proactive with a strong sales mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, to support international client markets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
