Job Description
Nine Star Properties is a rapidly growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Off-Plan Manager to lead our team, drive sales performance, and cultivate strong partnerships with leading developers.
Role Summary
The Off-Plan Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire off-plan sales division, setting strategic sales targets, managing developer relationships, and ensuring the sales team is highly knowledgeable and motivated to exceed targets in the competitive Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective off-plan sales strategies to achieve aggressive quarterly and annual targets.Team Leadership & Training:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of off-plan specialists. Conduct regular training sessions on new projects, market trends, and developer incentives.Developer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for key developers (including Azizi, Binghatti, etc.). Manage inventory access, launch events, and strategic allocations.Market Analysis:
Stay informed on market conditions, new project launches, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to ensure the team is always competitive.Reporting:
Provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts and detailed performance reports to senior management.Compliance:
Ensure all off-plan transactions adhere to RERA regulations and company standards.Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Dubai Real Estate, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role specifically focused on off-plan sales.Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, RERA laws, and key developer portfolios.Communication:
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Type: Full-time
