Duties

Assist clients in understanding the benefits and risks associated with off-plan property investments, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process Conduct detailed property presentations, highlighting project features, location advantages, and future growth prospects Provide expert advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law to help clients structure their investments effectively Guide clients through the financial aspects of property purchase, including financing options, tax implications, and wealth management strategies Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with securities law and other regulatory requirements during transactions

Requirements

Proven experience in estate planning, financial sales, or real estate consulting with a focus on off-plan properties. Familiarity with CRM software Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
