Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off Plan Consultant based in Dubai. The Off Plan Consultant will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their property requirements, providing expert advice on available off-plan properties, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase. The consultant will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with developers and staying updated on market trends and new developments. Additionally, the role involves preparing sales reports and forecasts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:
Experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and align with clients' needs and preferences
Knowledge of Dubai property market and real estate regulations
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
