Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive offline research to identify potential cooperative merchants in different regions.
- Visit retail stores, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and services.
- Present product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective cooperative merchants through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and progress in the CRM system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, updating product information, and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
