Accounting Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledgeable of Small Business Administration programs, construction and lending practices and terminology.

Other Qualifications (desirable)

• Excellent credit analysis and accounting skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams and interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel and outside contacts

Domain Experience

• Minimum of Five years of experience in banking, commercial mortgage lending, real estate or community development required with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility, including management responsibilities.
• Conducts training sessions and cross trains as appropriate
• Strong knowledge to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to Liaise with IT for system related issues pertaining to CRM maintenance and enhancement.
• Stays informed regarding changes in lending standards and related legal requirements
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, auditors, clients, customers, and vendors

Technical Experience

• Must have experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Access, and IBM notes

Human Resources Management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with relationship management skills
• Attends assigned training sessions and stays current on new procedures and policies

Projects handled

• Completes special projects as assigned
