• Evaluate and understand the checks and carry out the required preparations to establish availability of materials and tools to take necessary steps for mitigating shortages.

• Work with material planning and also carrying out essential material planning functions in handling the right planning parameters and specifications as per approved documents.

• Work with engineering and maintenance planning team as required in establishing the bill of materials and coordinating pre-loads and deliveries.

• Closely monitoring the materials and tools movements and ensure availability and maintain accountability of usage and returns with completion of appropriate transactions.

• Routine handling of the material and tools shortages closely monitoring the demands and stocking requirements arising during the maintenance and taking necessary steps for arranging the timely supply coordinating with material planning and purchasing.

• Ensure all rotable and repairable parts and tools are monitored and reconciled periodically for removals and returns to right store locations for processing.

• Execute the closing action of the all materials and tools properly accounting for the usage and returns with any costing required and provide management reports.

• Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure timely execution of the required activities for successful completion of the assigned tasks in all stages.

• Ready to take over any other responsibilities and functions which shall be assigned by the management from time to time to meet the department objectives on time.
