MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To provide administrative support across the Airport Services department and contribute towards providing sufficient visibility of operational performance, through the efficient and timely flow of information, in order that effective decisions can be made. Be the single point of contact for management to external stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Acts as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. 2. Reviews and revises policies and procedures to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective in achieving the goals of the department. 3. Identifies available meeting rooms, coordinating with other staff or departments, and ensuring that the necessary equipment and resources are available for the meeting. 4. Handles highly confidential information and documentation for distribution to management, employees, external candidates, and customers. 5. Assists airport services staff with travel arrangements and accommodation 6. Assists airport services staff with scheduling of inhouse and external events 7. Supports airport services staff for writing reports, creating presentations and preparing spreadsheets 8. Assist with preparation of employee timesheet \xe2\x80\x93 annual leave plan, sick leave etc. 9. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports as per requirement e.g., Key performance indicator. 10. Assist with promoting health and safety and security within the flydubai operation 11. Maintains personnel files for Dubai based and overseas staff on flydubai payroll 12. Tracks and records the stationery inventory, updates the report regularly, and ensures that the stock levels are maintained at appropriate levels. Conducts bi-monthly meetings with the supplier to discuss and audit the on-going stationery dispatch process. 13. Management of all day-to-day office administrative duties. 14. Co-ordinates and distributes office and outstation stationery, equipment and other fitments.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Minimum Education
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or equivalent)

ISR Requirements Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
