The Officer - Talent Acquisition is responsible for executing recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting offer management and onboarding processes. The role involves maintaining the applicant tracking system, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring effective communication throughout the hiring journey. This position supports various departments by ensuring vacancies are filled promptly with qualified professionals, aligned with both organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The Officer also contributes to recruitment reporting, recruitment campaigns, and database maintenance, ensuring all activities are well-documented and efficiently executed.
The post holder will:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring timely and accurate execution of recruitment activities in line with business requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to gather detailed job requirements, draft and post job advertisements, and understand candidate profiles and timelines.
Source candidates through internal databases, job portals, social media, and referrals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified applicants.
Screen CVs to assess candidate qualifications and shortlist candidates that best meet the job criteria for further evaluation.
Schedule interviews, liaise with panel members, confirm logistics, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Support interview assessments by compiling feedback from interviewers and consolidating evaluations to assist in decision-making.
Draft offer letters, conduct initial salary discussions in alignment with compensation guidelines, and coordinate approvals from relevant stakeholders.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely acceptance of offers and proper documentation submission for onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports as required.
Provide administrative support during recruitment drives and events, including walk-in interviews, virtual recruitment fairs, and open days.
Support international recruitment processes by coordinating licensing timelines, visa documentation, and relocation-related communication.
Ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted in line with company policy, UAE labor regulations, and international hiring standards.
Respond to queries from candidates and internal departments professionally and promptly, ensuring transparency and clarity in communication.
Assist with employer branding initiatives by contributing to recruitment-related marketing content and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the recruitment function by suggesting enhancements to sourcing, coordination, or system usage.
Education and Certification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certification in HR or recruitment (CIPD, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) is an advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines with efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR software
Attention to detail, time management, and a service-oriented mindset
Understanding of clinical and non-clinical job profiles in a healthcare setting
