Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
To assist in managing of Cabin Safety reports, the management of record keeping and to maintain up to date information within the Safety Department, ensuring the effective analysis and handling of safety data critical to operational integrity and regulatory compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs office administration duties, such as report writing and statistical analysis with regards to Cabin Safety.
• Assists in managing Cabin Safety reports and Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) to support compliance, safety monitoring, and continuous improvement in cabin operations.
• Creates and updates safety records and databases with all relevant expiry/review dates and signatures.
• Conducts inspections of maintained records to ensure compliance with GCAA CARs.
• Ensures all GCAA required documentation is submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with GCAA timelines.
• Prepares reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
• Coordinates office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to GCAA CARs and company policy.
• Maintains and updates employee records for departmental personnel.
• Records and maintains updated departmental records and meeting minutes.
• Reviews and ensures accuracy of documentation for GCAA submission, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Delivers Safety Management System (SMS) training, ensuring comprehensive understanding of safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements among employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
• Aviation science / Aeronautical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Aviation Management
• Fluent in English
• 0 - 2 years

ISR Requirements:
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
