Job Description

Role Summary

The incumbent is primarily responsible for ensuring an accurate implementation and installation of branding items across all branches in compliance with QNB\xe2\x80\x99s set standards and guidelines.

Role Description

Analyze situations and branches\xe2\x80\x99 concerns and suggest actions that can help resolve problems.

Use defined internal processes and always strives to meet and exceed service standards.

Understand the branches\xe2\x80\x99 difficulties and provide solutions to help them better implement branding.

Visit the site on a daily basis to ensure branding items are installed in compliance with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s branding guidelines and standards and based on the checklist prepared by the Head of Local Branch Implementation.

Raise a report on all issues and non compliance in all QNB Branches.

Work closely with the Senior Officer Local Branch Implementation to assist in scouting the new branches and to prepare for the implementation of QNB\xe2\x80\x99s Branding strategy.

Assist the Senior Officer Local Branch Implementation in guiding existing branches on all re-branding materials and their implementation.

Provide regular activity reports and snapshots detailing branding achievements, results, and evaluation of all implemented guidelines and processes.

Prepare contact lists for all suppliers and printing houses/ publishers to facilitate branding/re-branding implementation.

Follow up with the suppliers on a daily basis to ensure that all branding/ re-branding materials will be delivered on time.

Keep the Senior Officer Local Branch Implementation up to date on any issue faced with the suppliers or on the site during branding items implementation.

Follow up with the publishing/ printing press on all materials in need to be prepared and distributed in branches and provide Senior Officer Local Branch Implementation with update on those.

Maintain an up-to-date awareness of brand trends and key competitor activity ensuring these are considered during branding implementation.

Brief QNB branches and Senior Officer Local Branch Implementation on all branding as per CI guidelines.

Perform other duties relevant to the job as requested by the Senior Officer Local Branch Implementation.

Comply with established Branding and CI guidelines and ensure adherence to Branch implementation guidelines by the Head of Local Branch Implementation.

Create necessary frameworks and systems to enable teams and individuals to deliver on the commitments made.

Qualifications

University graduate with a degree in Business advertising or Business Management or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in advertising or logistics preferably with a local/ Gulf bank entailing responsibilities of event management.
