We are currently recruiting for an Officer - Graphic Design for our trusted client, to be based out of their Dubai office.

Purpose-

The purpose of this role is to deliver artworks and apply designs across a range of traditional and digital media within the brand architecture. The role will take care of the creative and design process for projects from start to finish including defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, infographics, animations and layouts.
The specific purpose of this role is to create concept design graphics, prepare and compile executive presentations, creative pitches and business reporting. The job holder should also be able to assist with management of brand assets and support the ad hoc in-house graphic design and requests from the business.

• Assemble and create presentations ranging from powerful pitch decks that can persuasively sell strategic concepts, to specification documents at artwork stage.
• Compiling executive presentations, creative pitches and business reporting / documentation presentations.
• Undertaking project research as required.
• Creating concept design graphics.
• Creating and compiling illustration briefs.
• Producing graphic prototype samples.
• Assisting with management of graphic scope of works.
• Co-ordination with the communications team regarding graphic requirements within a project.
• Assisting with ad hoc graphic design and support requests from the business.
• Manage and own the design stage reviews. Responsible to make, and enable, well informed design decisions on presentation & documents that will positively impact the audience experience.
• Develop, publish and control internal design standards / guidelines to ensure the uplift of the documentation & presentation skills with Communications team.
• Keep up to date with latest industry trends in design and presentations. Ensure their dissemination within the team.
• Ensuring materials produced conform to brand guidelines and standards.

• Exceptionally high standards in the preparation & presentation of architectural / interior / design reports & presentations.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills (visual, verbal and written).
• Storytelling via graphic design.
• Experienced with designing projects in Arabic
