Job title: Officer Employee Services Location: Abu Dhabi
Position Purpose: Owning and delivering HR-related services to employees in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy.
Role Description: Assist employees with queries such as: leave management, benefits administrations, employee insurance & pension management. Coordinate delivery of the Strategic partner through daily, weekly, and monthly governance forums. Support any investigations for disciplinary and grievance issues according to the business code. Prepare employee-related records/reports and ensure the information are always accurate. Analyse employee data including leaves, service performance, and other information
Qualifications And Relevant Roles/Experience: Degree Holder in Business, Administration, or HR. Minimum 3 4 years' experience in a similar position Good written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English
