Job Purpose
Oversee the functionality of Integrated facility Management system or Computer Aided Facility Management System and Building Management System (BMS). Main Responsibilities Responsible for operations of Property Management Dept. systems (Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Asset Management, Contract module, service request, inventory system, PDA and IVR System) Review and analyze monthly management reports (KPI, service request, planned preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance) for the Department. Finalize yearly Planned Preventive Maintenance of MEP Equipment. Control and monitor Customer Relation issues/process. Resolve major /critical problem situations in a professional manner and take decisions on daily basis related to the scope and system. Enhance and implement best practices & smart solutions to improve the performance of FM processes. Manage and control Department Service master price list. Troubleshoot minor issues related to IT within the department. Responsible to be available during any emergency cases. Any other duty assigned by the Reporting Line/Department Head from time to time. Adhere to all policies and procedures of DIEZ and convey the same with the clients. Responsible to be available during any emergency cases. Requirements Education Degree/Diploma in IT or similar Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in function experience. Previous working experience in any CMMS/CAFM software. Electro-Mechanical or IT Background Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
