Job Description
Location : Fujairah, UAE
Qualification : B. Com
Experience : 3+ year of experience in manufacturing Industry preferred
Candidate Desired Profile: -
Accounting of Expenses.
Accounting of bills related to Admin, Consumables, Utilities.
Accounting of Staff Reimbursement Claims.
Accounting of Raw Material Purchase Bills.
Receiving and verification of Freight Outwards and Inwards Invoices and verifying the same with supporting documents (TAF) of dispatch and receipt.
Accounting of Freight outwards and inwards Invoices in Tally after Compilation of all Supporting documents.
Accounting of Expenses related to work orders, in Tally.
Supplier ledger reconciliation and process the timely payments/preparation of PDC's.
Accounting of payment entry in tally for online Fund Transfers.
Reconciliation of Bank.
Accounting of Journal Voucher.
Receiving of MRNs, Invoices and Supporting Documents related to Cash from stores & procurement and booking.
Properly filling the payments and Receipts Vouchers with supporting documents.
Knowledge of Finalization of accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
