The Officer - Human Capital Operations will be responsible for supporting in various aspects related to human capital operations & services including but not limited to:
Administration of payroll and benefits
Manage health and life insurance
Handle exit process and clearance
Liaise with manpower agencies
Track the HC operational budget
Maintain KPI dashboard
Maintain a strong understanding of HC policies and procedures
Maintain employee files and employee data in hardcopies and on Oracle ERP system
Skills
Excellent oral and writing English and Arabic communication skills
UAE and GCC pension schemes
UAE labor law
Ability to manage large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
Ability to work in dynamic fast paced environment
Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience in Oracle; SAP or any similar Human Capital / Employee Management technology is essential
Must be fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of function and act upon it
Attention to detail
Data analysis
Time management and organization
Preferred Experience:
4-6 years of experience in an HC role involving payroll, pension and employee services administration
Must have experience in UAE
