This role combines cleaning and tidying the office with providing hospitality services such as preparing tea and coffee, as well as warmly welcoming and assisting guests and customers during their visits.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, kitchen, and restrooms.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces as required.
Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of rubbish.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pantry/kitchen area.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff, guests, and customers.
Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Refill and restock beverages, condiments, and hospitality supplies as needed.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments before guest arrivals.
Clean and maintain the office garden, including watering plants and ensuring greenery is well cared for.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Willingness to assist with both cleaning and hospitality duties.
