The Office Support Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, and assisting staff with basic administrative and logistical needs. This role ensures a neat, organized, and well stocked working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and clients
Assist during meetings by setting up rooms, refreshments, and materials
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic document support
Deliver and collect documents within departments when required
Manage pantry supplies and inform admin when stocks need replenishment
Dispose of waste properly and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
Assist with moving office items and setting up workstations when needed
Support visitors and guide them to the correct departments
Perform other general support duties as assigned by management

High school certificate or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Basic understanding of office hygiene and safety practices
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Polite, well groomed, and professional appearance
