Job Description

Responsibilities: Prepare Quotation for local Company products, Performa Invoices for the LPO, Order Acknowledgment and process. Coordinating with Sales Engineers, stores and customers. Handling telephone calls, email, fax message or letters and enquiries from customers and Maintains client database and regularly updates the same. Communicate with all levels of personnel and develop standard customer relationships by proactively monitoring services received and report on findings with suggestions of how to achieve excellence in service delivery. Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. Ensure the end-to-end customer experience is optimised. Identify key areas of growth on an organisation, team and individual level. Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status. Developing and monitoring performance of monthly forecasted sales and, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports in associates with sales teams and management. Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Collaborate with various departments (overseas offices as well) to manage efficient flow of all materials. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Coordinate with supply chain and plant team for the Therma insulation materials production. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Prepare quotes, order acknowledgement, proforma invoice Liaise/coordinate with application team of various locations / Attend client requests and inquiries. Manage/coordinate delivery of all materials from various locations. Maintain knowledge of Incoterms, Contracts, LC Documentation, Bill of entry and government regulations etc. Maintain networks of effective communication with customers, agents, operators, Sales team and other departments (overseas offices). Collaborate with customer/sales team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance to all material requests. Prepare required reports for mangers/team for sales. Perform any extra duties as assigned by the management
