We are looking for a proactive and highly organized
Office Supervisor
to manage our day-to-day operations and project management activities. The role involves overseeing multiple teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining smooth workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee and manage complete project workflows from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Track progress in CMS/ERP system and generate regular project reports.
Office Operations
Supervise all office activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor administrative tasks, office documentation, and compliance requirements.
Client Support & Relationship Management
Act as the point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Ensure timely updates, reports, and support services for clients.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Team Management
Lead and support the
PRO Services Team
, ensuring government transactions are processed efficiently.
Manage the
Typing Team
for document preparation, legal forms, and government submissions.
Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to staff.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with management to align office goals with company objectives.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly office performance and project status reports.
Requirements
Proven experience as
Office Supervisor / Project Coordinator / Operations Lead
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Government processes, PRO services, and document typing workflows
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CMS systems, and reporting tools.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
