Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment to prevent operational disruptions.
Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring accurate distribution.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff, optimizing time management.
Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1 years of relevant office administration experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
