About the Role: We are looking for Workplace Specialist for our Dubai office, who is service minded, structured, people-oriented and who will help make our days in the office even smoother. The Workplace Specialist works under the remote direction of an Office Manager, and provides a full range of front of house, administrative and support services, as needed. Please note that this role is a part time role, working 4 hours each morning, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). What You'll Do:
Answer phones, manage front reception desk and perform reception functions as needed.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure health and safety guidelines for the location are managed appropriately.
Participate in emergency support procedures such as Fire Warden or First Aid support- training provided.
Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments.
Co-ordinate suppliers such as cleaners, stationery, delivery/postal services, catering providers.
Keep office and pantry supplies stocked, and all services running smoothly.
Assist in organizing in-house events and social activities.
Hands-on approach to ensuring a clean and orderly condition throughout the workday.
Keep track of the office use, with our desk booking system.

You must be motivated by keeping all pieces of the puzzle together, act proactively and flexible, and to be accommodating and helpful.
Outgoing - able to create good connections and ask for help when needed
Take responsibility and make decisions
High level communication skills towards all levels of the organisation
Good sense of humour
You are flexible, who can navigate ambiguity
Fluent in English verbal and written
Intermediate level of MS Office
