Job Summary:



We are looking for a highly organized and professional

Office Secretary

to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, managing communications, and assisting in day-to-day administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and responding to emails. Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence (both digital and paper-based). Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or staff. Draft, format, and print relevant documents and reports. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Provide administrative support to other departments as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
