We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
??Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
??Schedule meetings and organize appointments
??Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files
??Maintain office records and filing systems
??Coordinate with management and staff
??Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Requirements:
??Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant (preferred)
??Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
??Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
??Strong organizational and time-management skills
