Administrative SECRETARY REQUIRED for Rent A Car company
We are looking for Administrative Secretary for our office based in Business Bay Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the company.
Document Control and Diary Management
Receiving calls and maintaining out office records
Exhibiting confidentiality in all types of documents and assuring discreet handling of business activities
Assisting in preparation of regular reports
Filing rented cars agreements to RTA online system
Key Qualifications:
Preferably from an administrative background
Minimum of 2 years experience in related industry
Must be holding bachelors or high school degree
Must be good communication and written skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be well presentable
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
