Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage daily office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and filing systems
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Assist management in day-to-day administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external clients
