Manage daily office tasks: phone calls, emails, filing, scheduling, etc.
Prepare and organize project documents, quotations, and correspondence
Maintain records of materials, supplier quotations, and site reports
Assist the operations and technical teams with document follow-ups and submittals
Track incoming/outgoing drawings, RFIs, and approvals
Coordinate meetings, delivery schedules, and follow-up with suppliers or subcontractors
Handle basic accounting or invoicing support (optional based on your setup)
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic understanding of project workflows, BOQs, and construction terminology is an advantage
Professional and reliable work ethic
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
