. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily office administration, preparing documents, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and supporting project teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence, emails, and filing.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and project-related documents.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Support project managers in scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain records and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an office secretary/administrator in
joinery or construction
companies.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of joinery/fit-out terminology and processes.
Must be available in
Qatar
with transferable visa/NOC.
