We are hiring a Office Reception Associate to support our office team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Ensure the office and pantry are clean and well-maintained.
Manage toiletries and pantry supplies, ensuring stock is available when needed.
Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
Support basic office tasks as required.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and couriers.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
Qualification:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Gmail).
Well-presented, confident, and with a pleasant personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and positive energy.
High level of reliability and confidentiality.
