Office Operator
to join our team in Al Ain. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and supporting both office and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain company records and ensure accurate documentation.
Process and manage online orders from the website.
Assist with warehouse organization and daily operational tasks.
Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Support HR functions, including employee records and basic admin tasks.
Assist in office upkeep and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in office administration, customer support, or operations (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Urdu/Hindi a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and proactive attitude.
