Job Description

We are looking for a Multi Taks Office Manager to support Company Management Team for Business Operations. You will act as the first point of contact for related queries from employees, external partners and to support the Business Operations Team. Position requires excellent organizational skills to arrange and organize external meetings as well. Also, should have the ability and commitment to handle sensitive information confidentially. Responsibilities . Monitor employee work and provide guidance . Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding . Implement measures and make sure employees follow office protocols . Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, systematic way . Find ways to increase sales performance . Identifying opportunities to improve a business' policies or objectives . Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively . Preparing and reviewing operational reports Requirements . Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role . Experience required 1-2 years . English language proficiency is a must . Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management . Experience LMRA SIO and CRPEP . Excellent communication skills . Leadership ability . Outstanding organizational skills . Computer Literate, General Accounting adaptive nature and quick learner with problem solving skills Suitable candidate may send your resume
