Office Manager In Seafood Factory

Job Description

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the seafood factory, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role acts as a bridge between the management, factory staff, and external stakeholders, maintaining efficiency, compliance, and a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Coordinate administrative support for production, logistics, and quality control teams. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supplier communications. Supervise office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Handle HR-related activities such as attendance tracking, leave management, and recruitment assistance. Assist in budgeting, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, factory policies, and labor laws. Liaise with government authorities, clients, and suppliers as required. Organize meetings, factory events, and staff communications. Implement office procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience as an Office Manager or administrative role in a manufacturing or food industry environment. Knowledge of seafood processing or food industry standards is an advantage. With UAE license Can join immediately
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
