Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office to provide administrative and logistical support to our Chief Executive Officer.

As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office.

Responsibilities:
  • Confidentiality Management
  • Diary Management
  • Communication Management
  • Travel Management
  • Minute Taking
  • Record Keeping
  • Main point of contact with other departments
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree and/or Secretarial Course.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative position working alongside C-level management
  • Public sector experience would be advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Oral & Written) in both Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, executive PA, and office management in a pressurized environment.
  • Proficient in diary management and travel coordination.
  • Expertise in Outlook; Intermediate level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate with others.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
Salary: 24-29k AED plus family benefits
