Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with Sales Managers on scheduling, preparing, and organizing meetings.
Act as the main point of contact within the Sales Gallery, handling inquiries and ensuring effective communication between departments and clients.
Support event and meeting setups, ensuring the gallery maintains a professional and welcoming environment.
Supervise office assistants and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in office management, administration, hospitality, front-office, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Professional and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
