Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to the company, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and manage all legal aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support to management and departments. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure company compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Handle employment law matters, including employee contracts and dispute resolution. Represent the company in legal proceedings or liaise with external counsel when necessary. Manage intellectual property, licenses, and confidentiality agreements. Advise on corporate governance, risk management, and company policies. Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB / JD or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in corporate or commercial law. Admitted to the bar or licensed to practice law in [your country/region]. Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and employment law. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working as in-house counsel. Ability to manage multiple legal issues across different departments. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
