Office Hostess

to join our Dubai team.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Maintain a polished and welcoming reception and office environment. Coordinate appointments and schedules for sales managers and client meetings. Support daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. Act as the central point of contact between the sales team and other departments. Assist with planning and hosting events, open houses, and VIP client visits. Ensure all marketing materials and displays are always up-to-date and visually appealing.

Requirements

Previous experience in

hostess, hospitality, retail, or customer service roles

is strongly preferred. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities (both written & verbal). Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proactive and professional, with a positive attitude.

Fluency in English + Russian or Arabic (only candidates with these languages will be considered).
