Job Description

Administrative support:

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phones, and direct calls.

Office organization:

Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including common areas and workstations.

Visitor services:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.

Supply management:

Monitor and restock office supplies, and manage inventory.

Errands and logistics:

Run errands, handle mail distribution, and coordinate travel or event logistics as needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
