Job responsibilities :

  • Proven experience as office girl, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Knowledge of "back-office" computer systems
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Tagalog
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Should know how to make Gawa, coffee, Tea, Turkish coffee etc.. and serve
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED1,000.00 - AED1,600.00 per month Experience:
  • office assistant: 2 years (Required)
