Job description:
1. Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming.
2. Refilling supplies, such as table tissue paper and stamp ink.
3. Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible.
4. Should know how to prepare hot drinks.
5. Assisting management personnel in a wide variety of workplace responsibilities.
6. Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
7. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office and reporting to the admin secretary.
8. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
9. Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
10. Make sure the office premise, furniture, staff room are clean.
Requirements
Knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.

Should be polite, sincere, and trustworthy.
