We are looking for a responsible and well-presented
Office Girl / Office Assistant
to support the daily operations of our office. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
Assist in receiving and distributing mail, courier packages, and other deliveries.
Support the admin team in basic office maintenance and supply management.
Ensure all pantry items are stocked and inform admin for replenishment when needed.
Greet and assist visitors politely and professionally.
Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Neat and professional appearance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
