The Office Girl provides general office support to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. This role assists staff with daily tasks and helps maintain smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and common areas
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Deliver documents within the office or to nearby locations when required
Support administrative staff with basic office tasks
Monitor and report office supply needs
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use
