Job Summary



The Office Girl provides general office support to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. This role assists staff with daily tasks and helps maintain smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and common areas Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents Deliver documents within the office or to nearby locations when required Support administrative staff with basic office tasks Monitor and report office supply needs Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use

Skills & Competencies



Polite, helpful, and well-presented Ability to follow instructions and work independently Basic understanding of office routines Time management and reliability

Qualifications



Basic education (school level) Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required

Working Conditions



Office-based role May involve standing, walking, and light lifting
